- Elective surgery and Endoscopy—Closed from Friday 24 December to Sunday 9 January inclusive,with the exception of Urgent Category 1, fracture clinics, breaches and obstetrics theatres will remain open.
- Transit Lounge—Closed from close of business Friday 24 December to Sunday 9 January inclusive..

Mater Private Hospital Brisbane
- Cardiovascular Unit—Closed December 24 to 28. Staff will be rostered on all other days for emergency cases. It is anticipated activity will resume as normal Monday 10 January.
- Theatres—Open throughout Christmas – New Year period (reduced activity likely from 24 December to 4 January).
Mater Cancer Care Centre Brisbane—Open every day except public holidays (it is likely there will be higher throughput of patients to accommodate patient need outside of the public holidays).
Mater Young Adult Health Centre Brisbane—Reduced activity from 24 December to 9 January.
Amanda Flynn Clinic—Closed from 24 December to 9 January.

- Mater Cancer Care Centre Springfield—Open every day except public holidays.
Mater Education
Mater Education will be closed from Monday 21 December 2020 with most staff returning to work on Monday 11 January.
