The 2018 conference focuses on “Translating Science into Survival” and will feature talks from more than 50 leaders in the fields of cancer immunology and immunotherapy.

Associate Professor Radford will be presenting her groups work on their new cancer vaccine, and has been invited to present at a collaborators lab.

Dr Kelly-Anne Masterman received two travel awards; an ASI Australian Society for Immunology international travel award and the Frazer Family Foundation travel award to attend the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Immuno-Oncology Congress in Geneva, Switzerland in December.

The ESMO Immuno-Oncology Congress aims to increase the understanding of the implications and potential of immunotherapy for clinical practice.

Dr Masterman will also be visiting two laboratories at the University of Zurich after the conference.
