Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a lifelong developmental disorder characterized by impairment in reciprocal communication and social interactions, as well as cognitive and behavioural inflexibility. The aim of the current study is to establish an Australian biobank for ASD, which will provide the research field with the large quantity of detailed biological information on people with ASD required to identify novel causative agents.
