Ethics Review Manager

In 2018, Ethics Review Manager (ERM) was introduced as the online platform for submission and review of all clinical research projects at Mater.

ERM has replaced Online Forms for submission to Mater HREC and has replaced the Mater Research Hub for submission of site-specific applications to Mater Research Governance.

Queensland Health and Health Victoria are also using ERM and Mater is sharing the ERM resources with these organisations. This means for multi-centre studies involving Queensland Health and Health Victoria sites, all details of your study will be contained in just one place, within ERM.

All project forms and documents that you submit to the Mater HREC and Mater Research Governance Offices, Queensland Health and Health Victoria are all stored within ERM, so they are easily referenced and organised.

Key updates

From 24 January 2019 onwards, it will be a mandatory requirement for signatures to be collected in electronic format only on the Mater SSA. In line with this update, the requirements for individuals to sign prior to submission have also changed. Read more >>
