Applications for Quality Assurance Activities (Quality Assurance, Audit or Service Evaluation)
To submit an application for a Quality Assurance activity the following documentation must be submitted to the MML HREC via ERM:
1.Complete a Mater Quality Assurance and Exempt Research form to describe:
- what you are doing and why
- how and what you expect to achieve
- that you intend to publish or present your findings
- why you do not believe this project to be research or why you believe it to be exempt research
2.Upload supporting documentation:
- Project plan - Use this guide to help you write your project plan
- Current brief CV
- Data collection tool/s
- Standards against which you are measuring
Other requirements
Prior to starting your project, you will require Privacy Office approval for the use of Mater data for a secondary purpose.
