Are you living with lymphoma or leukemia? Find out if a new cell therapy may be an option for you.
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and potential effectiveness of ALA-101, a new cell therapy for people with certain types of lymphoma and leukemia.
ALA-101 is made from specially modified immune cells designed to recognise and target cancer cells. This is an early-phase study that will help researchers determine the safest dose, understand how the treatment behaves in the body, and evaluate whether it may help control the disease.

What you need to know
Who can take part?
Inclusion criteria- Adults aged 18 years and older
- Diagnosed with certain types of non-Hodgkin lymphoma or leukemia
- Disease has returned after treatment or is no longer responding to treatment
- Have received at least two previous lines of therapy, or have no suitable standard treatment options available
- At least one measurable area of disease (for applicable cancer types)
- Good general physical condition and able to carry out normal daily activities
- Adequate blood, kidney and liver function
Exclusion criteria
- Patients who do not meet the blood test or organ function requirements
- Patients whose cancer does not express the CD19 marker
- Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals
- Other medical conditions that may make participation unsuitable, as determined by the study doctor
What is involved for me?

Chemotherapy treatment for 5 days before receiving the study treatment

One infusion of ALA-101 cell therapy on Day 1

Regular blood and urine tests throughout treatment and follow-up

Follow-up visits on Days 15, 22, 29, 36 and then Months 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, and 24
