Research conducted at Mater, or for which Mater is responsible, must comply with ethics, governance, and agreements requirements. Prior to the commencement of all human research projects, researchers must obtain approval from a NHMRC-certified Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC) and site authorisation from Mater Research Governance (RGO).
