Phase 3 Study of Revumenib in Combination with Intensive Chemotherapy in Newly Diagnosed NPM1-mutated AML
This study is investigating whether adding revumenib to standard chemotherapy can improve outcomes for people aged 12 years and older with newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has an NPM1 gene mutation. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either revumenib or a placebo in combination with standard AML chemotherapy. The study will assess how well the treatment works by evaluating remission rates, the return of leukemia after treatment, and overall survival. Researchers will also monitor the safety and side effects of revumenib when used with standard chemotherapy. The results may help determine whether revumenib should become part of standard treatment for this type of AML.
